Last days in the England. Oh no!
Made the rounds on the weekend by visiting everyone and saying goodbye. Spent time going out to dinner and I did some last minute shopping. DVDs mostly. That’s me above in the rollover writing down f/stop numbers for Liza to remember. We also hung out with Soraya and Nick and went to a pub to shoot some pool and play darts. I didn’t come in last! But considering it was maybe the 10th time I’ve ever thrown darts I think that’s pretty good. As you can see it’s still very cold. Still all bundled up as I have been for the last two weeks. I start back to work on Monday and I have no clue as to what is going on there. No news is great news.
Having three months off to just travel and enjoy life is the way to go! Wish I could do that every 6 months or so!
Liza will be out to California in 108 days! Or so how it worked out that I’m writing this in May. She’ll be ready for the sunshine.

In New Zealand and also in the US military, polypropylene, or ‘polypro’ (New Zealand ‘polyprops’), is the material used for the fabrication of cold-weather gear, such as a long-sleeve shirt or long underwear, in addition to warm-weather gear such as Under Armour clothing, which can easily wick away sweat. These polypro clothes are not easily flammable, however, they can melt, which may result in severe burns if the service member is involved in an explosion or fire of any kind.
uhm great, severe burns … wearin some now actually. somehow i feel cutting edge. =)
