Arrived in Nadi today and got checked into the Nadi Bay backpackers hotel. Lot's of Australians here. It's situated at the end of the airport runway so you get nice views of the landing gear of 747's about 100 feet overhead. They're not very loud unless you're trying to DO ANYTHING at all. I walked out to the tip of the runway and checked out the sunset. Ended up chatting with a some girls from all over. Charlotte from Plymouth, Shelly from Perth, and Lena from Germany. They were all on extended holidays unlike my 10 day blast through town.
