Not much to report today. After being on the road for so long today is my day of rest. I got the car washed and I think it’s the first time I’ve had a full service wash since buying it. Nowadays it’s just run it through the car wash and maybe I do a quick vacuum. This was awesome having people climb all over the inside of my car and get every nook and cranny. I need to get back to this pre-inshittification world. Even bought a little pine tree air freshener, ya know for nostalgia’s sake. I of course headed off to the supermarket and was astounded by all the Americana the day before the Fourth. “America, fuck yeah!” just kept going off in my brain. It’s Apple Pie and drivin’ my Chevy to the levee day and tomorrow, mayhem. Enjoy your day off.
