I picked Liza up from the airport tonight and she was a trooper to still want to go out and see the Wall Project. It was a rebuilding of the Berlin Wall across Wilshire Blvd. so that they could tear it down at midnight on the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Shepard Fairey was there and Ute Lemper sang in the background while it the wall was coming down. In the spirit of it all, people started tearing the art off the wall. Some people didn’t get it and started protecting the wall which can be seen at about 4:20 into the video. Good fun.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
