The Craftsman style bungalow. It contains over a 1000 homes in various forms of bungalows. Craftsman, Tudors, Period Revivals and Queen Annes. This house was constructed in 1914 foor $4000. On a clear day you can see Catalina from the second story. This house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in August of 2004 for it&#8217;s influence of the Arts and Crafts movement.
