At first they were thinking I would come in as a freelancer. What?! When did this come about? I refused to start work without becoming an employee of the company. Frank Molstad disappeared for about half an hour and then came back and told me to sign the papers.  Where they got the idea I agreed to that I have no idea. First hiccup.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone seems nice and fairly relaxed (unlike Omnipage). The only thing I got back from the pile of papers was this summary of my benefits. I didn&#8217;t really do much work today, but I met a lot of people and of course I don&#8217;t remember a single name.  I finally met Karen who I&#8217;ve talked to on the phone for the last six months but had never seen her.
