I picked Liza up from the airport tonight and she was a trooper to still want to go out and see the Wall Project. It was a rebuilding of the Berlin Wall across Wilshire Blvd. so that they could tear it down at midnight on the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Shepard Fairey was there and Ute Lemper sang in the background while it the wall was coming down. In the spirit of it all, people started tearing the art off the wall. Some people didn’t get it and started protecting the wall which can be seen at about 4:20 into the video. Good fun.

To whom it may concern:
In September 1942 my husband and I were dining at Cliftons Cafeteria. We were on our Honeymoon! I had admired this Silver Teapot and unbenoticed to me, as we were leaving, he put his Sailor Hat on it, and took it! It has been in our Teapot Collection for 67 years and always brought back fond memories! My husband has been gone for 2 years, is he forgiven?

Restrung all my guitars tonight. The ones that all made an appearance in the very first official entry of the website.

After getting home from Australia this morning I went straight into work. For the past year they’ve been building an extension to the parking structure so Hans Zimmer christened it with a concert on the rooftop. It was really good.
I’m about to pass out.

Sun coming up on the flight home from Western Australia. A grueling 30 hour ordeal, with a sleepover in Melbourne airport and a long stop in Auckland, NZ for lunch. On to LAX, and then straight into a full day at work.
